“Rooted in Nature – Celebrating a Decade of Botanical Art,” May 7th through May 31st, 2026, will be exhibited at the beautiful Bayard Cutting Arboretum, 440 Montauk Hwy, Great River, NY 11739. Opening reception is Saturday, May 16th, 1:00 – 3:00 pm. The exhibition is celebrating a decade of Botanical Art by the members of the ASBA’s Tri-State Botanical Artists Circle of the New York Botanical Garden. Twenty-five members will be exhibiting a total of 45 works in a variety of mediums. Bayard Cutting Arboretum is the historic home of William Bayard Cutting, built in 1886. The mansion was designed by Charles C. Haight and features windows by Tiffany. The arboretum grounds were designed by Frederick Law Olmstead. It is one of the few remaining mansions of the Gilded Age. The gallery is open Thursday through Sunday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
