Autumn Splendor

An exhibition of 31 works by members of the Botanical Art Society of the National Capital Region (BASNCR) is being staged at Montclair Library, Dumfries, Virginia. From turning leaves to pumpkins to seed pods, this exhibition celebrates the exquisite beauty of autumn.

Members whose works are represented include Joseph Bailey, Anne Clippinger, Karen Coleman, Liz Cusell, Carolyn Dalton, Deborah Dillard, Cheryl Exley, Michelle Gates, Gail Goodrich Harwood, Jeanne Gren, Ann Lesciotto, Elena Maza Borkland, Marsha Ogden, and Alice Tangerini. On October 4th, the library will hold a "Meet the Artists" event where members of BASNCR will demo and talk with visitors and will conduct a mini art workshop with colorful fall gourds as the subject.
