Submissions

Online entries only. Artwork images must be digital files only: 300 dpi, image 8” high, .jpg with the image file labeled with artist’s name, last name first and artwork title. 

Up to three entries per artist will be accepted. Entry fee $35 for the first entry, $10 for each additional entry up to three. Online entries only:

Log in to the ASBA website if you are not already logged in. Go to the Member Features Menu. Select Apply or Submit>Enter an Exhibition. You will be directed to the Exhibition Entry site where you may complete and pay for your exhibition entry.

Presentation

Framed size limit 34 x 30 inches, either horizontal or vertical. Accepted artists will be notified of framing requirements. 

International artworks accepted into the exhibition will be framed in the US at ASBA's expense, thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor.

Notification

Sent by October 9, 2026 by email. If accepted, artist ensures that artwork(s) will be available for display. If artist withdraws artwork before exhibition, artist will not be eligible to show at any ASBA exhibition for two years.

Grant Funding

In addition to the grant for framing international artist’s work, grants will be provided to all accepted first-time artists residing in the US.

Sale of Works

Artworks can be for sale but must stay with the exhibition until the close of the travel schedule.

Awards

New York Botanical Garden Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals.

Publicity and Catalog

Your submitted images may be used in educational materials or publicity for the exhibition, either in print or electronic media, before, during and after the exhibition. A catalog will be prepared using the image file you provide for jurors.
