ENTER AN ASBA EXHIBITION ONLINE

You must be an ASBA member to enter an ASBA Exhibition. JOIN ASBA

Steps:

1. Read the Calls for Entries for the exhibition you are entering

2. Prepare the information you will need to complete the online entry form including:

• the scientific (latin) and common names of the plants depicted in your works, sizes, and media. You may include up to 3 artworks in the same online entry form (if permitted for the exhibition you are  entering - check the Calls for Entries to see the number of entries allowed). 
• your artwork images (See Calls for Entries for image specifications) for each artwork you wish to enter prior to completing the form.
• your credit card information for entry fee payment.

You will NOT be able to go back and edit your entry after submission online.

3. Log in to the ASBA website if you are not already logged in. Go to the Member Features Menu. Select Apply or Submit>Enter an Exhibition. You will be directed to the Exhibition Entry site where you may complete and pay for your exhibition entry.
